This Rabbi has asked for anonymity and we will honor his request.  But here is some information about him.

He has a dual background in secular and religious studies. He has a PhD in social philosophy and received his Rabbinic Ordination from Rabbi Chaim Gutnick OBM and Rabbi S. Y. Cohen, the Chief Rabbi of Haifa, Israel. He has been a Senior Research Fellow at Monash University and Program Director of a postgraduate Rabbinic Institute.  He is also a well known posek in his home country.  He holds various directorships and is a well known author.

He meets with politicians and world learders to share and teach the Noahide Laws.
