A little about Rabbi Yerachmiel Altman
Rabbi Yerachmiel Altman and his wife Sara Chana settled down in the small town of Jacksonville, NC, with the vision of placing themselves where they could make a real difference. Jacksonville has no Jewish community, a shul, nor a minyan. They hope to develop those. But, they found many spiritually hungry people there, both Jewish and Gentile. They support the Jewish Marines who need help and guidance on living a Torah observant life while serving in the military. They support gentiles who seek the truth they haven't found elsewhere and help raise awareness of the 7 Universal Noahide Laws. They support Noahides with classes explaining the Seven Laws Hashem has laid out for non-Jews.
Rabbi and Mrs Altman are working with many spiritually hungry Jews, Noahides and non-Jews of every faith. They even started a Noahide Community.
Rabbi Altman and Rebbitzin Sara Have worked with the Marine Corps at Camp LeJeune for many years
In addition to local work with Noahides, Rabbi Altman has written and published two books for children who are following the Noahide Code.
It has been said that to change the world into a better place we must get the children involved sooner rather than later.
