Everyday Spirituality Show
Everyday Spirituality, hosted by Yona Gila, is a weekly, 30–45 minute journey into the place where a real relationship with Hashem is actually forged—the ordinary. We’ll explore how laundry, school runs, budgets, emails, and bedtime with the kids become living Torah when we hold fast to, “בכל דרכיך דעהו—In all your ways, know Him” (Mishlei 3:6) and “שִׁוִּיתִי ה׳ לנגדי תמיד—I place Hashem before me always” (Tehillim 16:8). Through this lens, peak days are beautiful, but the daily grind becomes our greatest altar—fulfilling the charge to make a dwelling for G-d here below (Tanya, Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi; Zohar, Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai).
Each episode blends teachings from Torah, Midrash, Zohar, Tanya, and the words of our sages with exploring the healing practice of hitbodedut—personal, honest conversation with Hashem, rooted in “שִׁפְכוּ לְפָנָיו לְבַבְכֶם—pour out your heart before Him” (Tehillim 62:9). We’ll learn to hold both: a small, set window for secluded dialogue and micro-moments threaded through the day—while folding laundry, driving, or making dinner—so the inner conversation never has to stop (Likutei Moharan, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov). Expect real-life stories and down-to-earth tools: how to turn eating into birur hanitzotzot (refining sparks) (Zohar), how to fold a shirt as a “garment” of the soul’s mitzvah-energy (Tanya), and how to meet relationship or work stress with emuna and response rather than reactivity.
Our format is warm and practical: a focused teaching, a two-minute practice you can try the same day (a blessing, breath, or mini-hitbodedut script), and a closing reflection or journal prompt to carry into the week. We’ll celebrate small wins, answer questions, and build a community that sees and shares the Divine in the details. Holidays and peak moments will still glow—but week by week, you’ll learn to keep up that quiet conversation with Hashem everywhere, and let ordinary life shine.

Welcome to this space where sacred living, sustainable practices, Torah wisdom, and soul aligned healing meet.
As an emuna based coach, energy healer and sustainable living guide, my approach is clear, compassionate, and practical—rooted in authentic sources and presented simply for a global audience. I blend real-life emuna lessons with guided reflection so you leave with tools you can use the same day. Think faith-based coaching for body, soil and soul: practical steps plus Divine-light practices that cultivate emotional well-being, goal achievement and self-healing in daily life.
Together we translate lofty ideas - “In all your ways, know Him” (Mishlei 3:6) - into everyday habits that bring more peace to our kitchens, carpools, and conversations. My classes emphasize emuna, honest speech, gratitude, and small, sustainable steps. Sprinkled with real life stories, teaching becomes shared growth as we learn and rise together.
With love and light,
Yona Gila
